Frequent operational challenges—especially theft, weight manipulation, and documentation errors—were impacting delivery accuracy, legal compliance, and profitability.

The organization transports high-value goods across long distances and must maintain strict government weight compliance and delivery traceability. The existing tracking system only provided GPS location data and did not validate cargo condition or assurance.
